Verification codes by email
For your security, we will email you a one-time verification code. We send them to you when you create your MyRBKC Account and when you change your password.
- Contain six numbers only
- Can only be used once
- Expire after 5 minutes.
Help with verification codes by email
If you have not received a verification code when creating your MyRBKC Account or when you change your password:
- Check the email address you entered. If this was entered incorrectly you can update your email address and request a new verification code.
- Check your spam or junk folder
Never share your verification code with anyone else. We will never ask you for your verification code. If someone asks you for your verification code or you suspect there has been fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us on 020 7361 3016 as soon as possible. We are open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
