The Council’s New Homes Delivery Programme is delivering 600 new homes including a minimum of 300 social rent homes, alongside key worker, open market homes to rent and other community and employment facilities. Find out more about the New Homes Delivery Programme.

Phase 1

15-17 Hewer Street

Delivering 20 new homes - 10 available to rent by key workers with the remainder at market rent.

Kelso Cochrane House - 175-177 Kensal Road

Providing 38 new homes – 28 at social rent and 10 at intermediate rent for key workers, a medical centre and supermarket.

Acklam Road

Delivering 32 new homes, including 20 social rent homes alongside market rent homes and community facilities.

54 St Helens Gardens

We are currently reviewing this scheme and will make a decision shortly about the way forward.

Phase 2

Barlby Road

Building 83 new homes including 38 homes for social rent and 10 for key workers as well as a multi-use sports hall.

Silchester Arches

Delivering 11 social rent homes.

Edenham

We have made the decision to pause this scheme but do still intend to build homes on this site.

Phase 3

Lots Road South

This scheme will deliver extra care social rent homes as well as key worker and market rent homes.

Latymer Community Church and Bramley Road New Homes

We are currently reviewing this scheme and will update this page when we have further information.
