From 27 August 2026, you will not be able to set up a new monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal.
If you already have a monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal, it will continue as normal. You do not need to do anything.
This is due to a technical issue.
You can still buy parking permits for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.
We are working to fix the issue and will update this banner when the issue has been fixed.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations
Email your cancellation request to [email protected]. Requests received before 3pm will be processed for the following day.
We charge:
- £25 cancellation fee if you cancel a suspension application after the signs have been erected
- £20 cancellation fee if you cancel a suspension application before it starts and before the signs have been put up
We also charge the admin fee if we have to cancel your suspension because you are not using it for the approved purpose.
Refunds
If you finish using a suspended bay early, email us to request a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you. We only pay refunds for whole days.

Part-day suspensions
If you have only used the suspended bay for part of the day and you no longer need it, contact us. We can lift the suspension so that resident permit holders can use it again.
