From 27 August 2026, you will not be able to set up a new monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal.
If you already have a monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal, it will continue as normal. You do not need to do anything.
This is due to a technical issue.
You can still buy parking permits for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.
We are working to fix the issue and will update this banner when the issue has been fixed.

Parking fine scams
We're aware of scams involving texts about parking fines. These texts often link to a fake website to try and steal your details. Read more about the scam.
Parking penalties
If you are charged with a parking penalty, the fee you pay will depend on how serious the parking contravention is.
There are two levels of charges:
- higher charge for parking and moving traffic contraventions that cause major disruption and danger to pedestrians and other road users
- lower charge for less serious contraventions
The roads in the borough are classified as Band A for on-street and off-street contraventions:

We will apply a discount of 50 per cent if you pay your fee within 14 days from the date of issue of the penalty charge notice.

The parking contravention code descriptions apply to all London boroughs and may include reference to contravention details and suffixes that do not apply in this borough.
Other parking charges
Clamping and removal costs
The discount rate Penalty Charge Notice must be paid in addition to the clamp or removal/storage fees before the vehicle is released:
- release from clamp: £100
- release from the car pound: £280
- storage: £55 (per day)
- disposal of a vehicle: £100
