Monthly parking permit subscriptions temporarily unavailable

From 27 August 2026, you will not be able to set up a new monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal.

If you already have a monthly parking permit subscription or autorenewal, it will continue as normal. You do not need to do anything.

This is due to a technical issue.

You can still buy parking permits for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.

We are working to fix the issue and will update this banner when the issue has been fixed.

If you receive a penalty charge notice, you can challenge it or make a representation against your PCN online or pay for it.

To pay online you will need the PCN number and your Vehicle Registration Number.

If you are charged with a parking penalty, the fee will depend on how serious the parking contravention is.
