Amazing Spaces

Enhancing destinations across our borough

Elevating our Amazing Spaces

We're improving the places people live, work, play and visit within the borough. Many projects build on priorities set out in key Council documents including the Council Plan, and the new 2024 Local Plan.

We have an important role in shaping and maintaining key areas and high streets that are at the heart of communities. High streets are places for socialising and enjoying, and offer important services and shopping experiences that showcase Kensington and Chelsea’s rich heritage, uniqueness and culture.

Through conversations with residents, businesses, young people and other key stakeholders, we are revitalising destinations across the borough. The following projects are built on a foundation of community involvement and feedback that result in shared visions and proposals for more sustainable, resilient and unique spaces.
