The Earl’s Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area lies in the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham, straddling the borough boundary. This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) aims to support an ambitious transformation for the Opportunity Area to become a lively new part of the wider neighbourhood, focusing on the part of the site which lies within Kensington and Chelsea.

Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
In accordance with Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended), notice is hereby given that the Council revoked the Earl’s Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area Joint Supplementary Planning Document SPD on 12 April 2023.

As required under Regulation 15, following the revocation of the SPD, all physical and digital copies of the documents will be removed from the Town Hall, Hornton Street, from public libraries and from the Council’s website.
