Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 19 Aug 2016
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed roof alteration, by reason of its size, detailed design, number and position of roof lights, profile, and resultant loss of a historic butterfly roof form, would constitute a visually intrusive roof extension which fails to preserve the character or appearance of the Ladbroke Conservation Area contrary to Consolidated Local Plan polices CL1, CL2, CL3, CL6, CL8, and CL11.
