Decision: Refuse Permission/Consent and Enforce
Decision date: 21 Dec 2021
Conditions and reasons:

1)

By virtue of their location, design and materials the proposed rooflights and decking would fail to preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and harm the appearance of the individual building. As such the proposals would conflict with Local Plan 2019 policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL6 and CL11 and the recommendations of the Ladbroke Conservation Area Appraisal.
