Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Discharge of Conditions - Split Decision
Decision date: 02 Mar 2016
Conditions and reasons:

1)

Condition 4(c) (details regarding new doors, architraves, decorative plasterwork, skirting and flooring.)

2)

Doors: There are discrepancies between the Door condition survey references and the proposed key plans and schedule (e.g. G.02/G.05 and 1.01/1.02). This needs to be rectified. In addition, why is door G.06 proposed to be replaced. It appears to be identical to G.05. An objection is raised to the proposed designs for the internal doors at basement level, to the third floor doors and to doors 4.01, 4.02, 4.04 and 4.05 at fourth floor level. These doors should have four panels not six. Architraves: No details submitted so it is not known what is to be retained. Skirting: These submitted details appear acceptable but the existing first floor skirting key plan has not been submitted. This would be required in order to fully assess the impact.

3)

Condtion 4 Part (a) and (b) of LB/15/02581
