Notwithstanding details shown on drawings hereby submitted indicating the use of the ground floor level garage as a bedroom and a structure(s) at main roof level, the applicant is informed that such aspects do not form part of the present scheme and do require formal planning permission from the LPA. These elements are in fact in breach of Conditions 2 and 6 attached to planning permission ref. TP/95/01268 and have now been referred to the Council's Planning Enforcement Team for further investigation.
