Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 27 Jul 2015
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed closet wing extension, by reason of its size, height, and position on the rear elevation and consequence loss of historic fabric, would fail to preserve the special architectural and historic interest and heritage significance of this Grade II listed building contrary to Core Strategy policy CL4.

2)

The application, by reason of the lack of information to support cleaning of brick work and repointing, fails to demonstrate that the special architectural and historic interest and heritage significance of the listed building would be preserved contrary to Core Strategy policy CL4.
