1)
Time limit
The works hereby granted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason - As required by Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990, to avoid the accumulation of consents.
2)
Compliance with drawings
The works forming the subject of this consent shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans and shall be so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building .
3)
Works to match - Sample panels required
Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site, and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant parts of the approved works are commenced, and the sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed in accordance with the panel(s) so approved.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building and comply with policy CL4 of the Core Strategy.
4)
Roof material samples required
A samples of the proposed roof material shall be provided on site, and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant parts of the approved works are commenced.
Reason - In order to safeguard the setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the conservation area.
5)
Submission of details
Prior to the commencement of the relevant parts of the work, full particulars of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and the development shall not be completed otherwise than in accordance with the details so approved:
(a) Details of materials and design of gas meter housing.
Reason - To accord with the development plan by ensuring that the setting of the listed building are preserved.
