The proposed telephone box would amount to additional street clutter and would have a harmful impact upon the visual amenity of the area thereby failing to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the application site, the street scene or the setting of the adjoining Kensington Conservation Area to the South, contrary to 'Saved' policies expressed in the Unitary Development Plan 2002, as amended 28th September 2007, in particular policies CD27, CD50, CD51, CD63, CD93 and CD94; and policies of the Submission Core Strategy Policies in particular policies CR3, CR4, CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL6 and policy expressed in the Council's Transportation SPD adopted 2008.
