The proposed relaxation of the existing delivery hours restrictions is considered likely to threaten local levels of amenity by virtue of increased vehicular movements and noise at times that those living nearby could reasonably expect to be relatively quiet, and further, is considered to be premature in view of the short period that the retail store has been in operation under the existing Condition. As such, the relaxation of this condition is contrary to Policies of the Unitary Development Plan, in particular, Policies STRAT1, CD34, TR30, TR32 and TR39.
