The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. (C001)

Should the Executive Director, Planning and Borough Development consider the foundation design to be detrimental to the immediate and long term well-being of the Sycamore tree, this will take precedence over Building Regulations and a revised submission or planning application will need to be made. Before any work commences on site a drawing must be submitted indicating the position and depth of all existing and proposed utilities and services. Installation of new utilities and services may only commence in accordance with the written approval of the Executive Director, Planning and Borough Development. (C23a)
