This Council is asked for its observations on an application received by Wandsworth Council for erection of a mixed use development in a building ranging between 10 storeys (ground plus mezzanine and 8 upper storeys) on the southern part of the site, rising up to 19 storeys (ground plus mezzanine and 17 upper storeys) at the northern end of the site adjacent to the river Thames frontage (the proposed development is on the site of the previously consented 9 storey building 6B, approved under application ref. 2009/3372). The development is to provide 1006sqm (GIA) sq.m of flexible commercial uses (A1/A3/A4/B1/D2) on the ground floor, with 180 residential units (1 studio, 30 one-bedroom, 134 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units) of private and affordable tenure on the upper floors, together with basement levels with 72 car and 330 cycle parking spaces, and associated amenity space provision including roof terraces and
balconies, together with landscaping/areas of public realm, including space for outside seating and a riverside promenade
