NAMELY, to vary the approved drawings numbers to amend the ground floor frontage to allow the bureau de change to remain in situ and be part of the scheme temporarily. and condition 6 which refers to the approved spa use is also proposed as it is intended that the spa will extend over all three basement floors as part of the reconfiguration, rather than two as referred to in the original condition.
