This Council is asked for its observations on an application submitted to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (2017/01577/VAR) for Variation to 5106 agreement dated 5 March 2015 of Planning Permission 2014/03637/FUL and subsequently varied in Planning Permission 2016/03835NAR dated 22 February 2017;
"Demolition of 5no. redundant gasholders with associated structures and 3no. ancillary buildings. Works would include de-watering, de- sludging, removal of above ground structures, partial infilling of gasholder voids and partial levelling."Permission is sought to allow the removal of the frame of Gasholder No.7 {locally Listed Structure) before the obligations in the original 5106 Agreement pursuant to Planning Application 2014/03637/FUL can be satisfied AND to vary Condition 7 by removing references to Gasholder No.7 such that matters regarding the interpretation of Gasholder No.7 will be contained solely within the varied 5106 Agreement. Removal of Gasholder No.7 will enable gas mains replacement works to be delivered
