Decision: Raise Objections
Decision date: 27 Jun 2017
Conditions and reasons:

1)

REASON FOR OBJECTION: The proposal includes the loss of garaging in order to provide a plant room. Due to the absence of a noise report insufficient information has been submitted with the application to demonstrate that the impact upon residents of Princes Gate Mews, in terms of noise and disturbance, would be acceptable. This is contrary to policies CL5 and CE6 of the Consolidated Local Plan 2015 and guidance in the Council's Noise Supplementary Planning Document.
