The Royal Borough is asked for its observations on an application to Westminster City Council for the variation of conditions 6 (Restrictions on time of operations) and 9 (Number of Heavy Goods Vehicles) of Deemed planning permission 17/08617/FULL at Paddington New Yard. As per conditions 6 and 9, the applicant is permitted to have 70 movements every Saturday, with around 200 Monday to Friday. Given that the permitted Saturday movements relate to four occassions only, this Council has no comment to make with regards to the current application to vary conditions 6 and 9.
