The works indicated on the drawings and supporting documents hereby approved, namely the demolition of the existing bin store and the construction of the new dustbin enclosure, shall be carried out within four months of the date of this permission, and shall be so maintained.
Reason - To ensure that the harm to the character and appearance of the Conservation Area that results from the existing bin store is rectified, and that such character and appearance is preserved.

Any alteration to the approved scheme, resulting from the requirements of the Building Regulations or for any other reason, may require further permission.
