The applicant should be aware there is a planning application for basement works at the neighbouring property no.44 and must detail how the two sites will work together if they are to be operated concurrently
The applicant is advised to examine other approved CTMPs to gain an idea of good practice within the Royal Borough
Q7 neighbour consultation must be widened to include other adjacent and nearby properties that may be affected
