This Council is asked for its observations on an application submitted to Wandsworth Council for: Variation of conditions 12, 21 and 23 of planning permission ref. 2014/2002 dated 17/12/2014 [Amendment to p.p. 2011/0324 dated 24.11.2011 for the erection of five buildings ranging in height between 6 and 15-storeys (Blocks M, N, P, Q & T) to south-west part of site, to include 374 flats and 2,636sq.m. of commercial floorspace comprising retail, restaurants/cafes/bars with associated car parking, in order to relocate Blocks Q, T and P 2.15 metres eastwards.] to include a share in an overall reduction in car parking spaces for the Battersea Reach development from 1,200 to 1,102 (-98) and a reduction in shared disabled bays from 120 to 110 (-10) with an associated reduction in basement floorspace from 35,990sqm to 35,391sqm (-599sqm); Amendments to the Section 106 Agreement to include a revised Car Park Management Plan removing the requirement that all remaining spaces 'will not be allocated to individual residents with the exception of 78 no. allocated rights to park', the provision of a maximum sale of 989 'Rights to Park' (cap of 867 to Private and 122 to Affordable residential occupiers), a share in an overall reduction in Shared/Disabled spaces from 120 to 110 and a reduction in number of Car Club spaces from 10 to 5.
