The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)
Reason As required by Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, to avoid the accumulation of unexercised Planning Permissions. (R001)

This permission shall be personal to Dr. M. E. Clarke and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. (C006)
Reason - In granting this permission the local planning authority has had regard to the special circumstances of the case, and considers that use otherwise than by Dr. M. E. Clarke would have had different implications, and would be likely to have resulted in planning permission being refused. (R006)

The use hereby permitted shall only be carried out between the hours of 09.00 hours and 19.00 hours Mondays to Fridays, and shall not be carried out at any time on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (C042)
