Details of the means of enclosure between the rear garden of 2 Bedford Gardens on the eastern side adjacent to Nos. 105-107 Kensington Church Street shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Executive Direcotr, Planning and Conservation, prior to the commencement of works on site.

The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)
