The roof of the mansard and the cheeks of the dormers shall be clad in lead and so maintained

The front and rear roof pitches of the mansard shall be clad in natural slate, a sample of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Executive Director, Planning and Conservation, before work commences on site.

The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)
