Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 29 Oct 2019
Conditions and reasons:

Due to the increase in height at the southern boundary the proposal would harm the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers in terms of the sense of enclosure and conflict with Local Plan policy CL5.

Due to its depth and location the proposed extension would harm the character and appearance of the conservation area and the appearance of the individual buildin and conflict with Local Plan policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL9, CL11 and the recommendations of the Holland Park Conservation Area Appraisal.
