Decision: Refuse Permission/Consent and Enforce
Decision date: 20 May 2024
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposals would result in less than substantial harm to the designated heritage asset (the Grade II Listed Building) and there are no public benefits to outweigh the harm identified. The scheme fails to preserve the heritage significance of the building, and the features of special architectural or historic interest, and therefore, fails to comply with policy CL4 of the Local Plan 2019 and NPPF 2023.
