Details required by Condition 3b (Submission of details-Sample of new glazing for windows) of planning permission 23/08332 (Variation of Condition 2 (Compliance with approved drawings) of planning permission PP/23/04889 (Variation of Condition: Basement construction, outbuilding, alterations to all floors and fenestration and external works) for alterations to layouts, windows and doors; retention of some skirtings, joinery, coal chute covers, and doors; replacement grille; and underfloor heating throughout) for: Provision of three locations for condenser units; provision of airbricks and alarm boxes; retention of plant room under rear outbuilding; provision of a service riser between the front and rear basement; provision of a rooflight within rear garden adjacent to approved lightwell; alteration of rear outbuilding roof to metal from the approved timber; provision of recessed lights on mezzanine floor; replacement of secondary glazing to Great Room window with double-glazing; and provision of intercom to front entrance gate).
