This Council is asked for its observations on an application received by Hammersmith and Fulham Council for Reserved Matters Application (seeking the approval of all reserved matters: access, appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale) pursuant to Outline Planning Permission (ref: 2018/00267/OUT) dated 28 April 2021; for the development of Development Zone 1 ('DZ 1') comprising: the construction of two buildings, comprising flexible detail related uses (Use Class A), business uses (Use Class B1), nonresidential institutions (Use Class D1) and leisure uses (Use Class D2), with landscaping, plant and associated works.
