The proposed gazebo, by reason of its significant height, bulk and overall detailed design, would harm the appearance and historic interest of the grade II Listed building, the group of properties of which it forms part and fail to preserve the character or appearance of the Kensington Square Conservation Area, contrary to Local Plan policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL4, CL6 and CL11 accordingly.
