The proposed development, by reason of the loss of one residential unit and replacement with a short stay let, would result in the loss of housing, contrary to policy 3.14 of the London Plan (March 2015) and Consolidated Local Plan policy CF9, and would undermine and threaten the delivery of housing targets set out within Consolidated Local Plan policies CH1, CH2, CH3 and policies 3.3 and 3.14 of the London Plan.
