The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)

The window frames shall be coloured to match the other window frames on the remainder of the building and shall be so maintained.

The grilles shall be painted black to match the window frames unless an alternative colour is agreed in writing by the Executive Director, Planning and Conservation.

The ventilation equipment hereby approved shall be installed and maintained so that it will not result in an increase in background noise levels of more than 2dB(A) measured at the site boundary.
