Decision: Grant Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 22 Nov 1999
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The dormer window(s) hereby permitted for the rear elevation shall be constructed using only obscured glazing, and kept permanently fixed shut. A sample of the obscured glazing shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Executive Director, Planning and Conservation, within two months of the date of this permission, and the windows shall be maintained as so approved. (C093)
Reason - To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring property, and in particular to prevent overlooking. (R091)

2)

A 1:20 scale section through the rear parapet, roof slope and main roof, and a similar section through a rear dormer window, shall be submitted to the Executive Director, Planning & Conservation within two months of the date f this decision, and the roof shall be maintained exactly as so constructed unless otherwise approved in writing by the Executive Director, Planning & Conservation.
