Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 25 Jan 1999
Conditions and reasons:

The proposed balconettes by virtue of their design and projection from the building would detract from the appearance of the pair of houses, and are not considered to be a typical feature of this mews, and would fail to preserve the character and appearance of this part of the Conservation Area. As such, the proposal would contravene the Council's Policies as set out in the Unitary Development Plan, in particular, Policies CD47, CD52 and CD53.
