REASON FOR DECISION
The removals and pruning are in the interests of good arboricultural practice and routine maintenance.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will expect to see the following type of trees planted in a like for like or suitable position: an Acer ginnala and Amelanchier arborea of 12-14cm girth as outlined in BS8545:2014 (Trees from nursery to independence in the landscape) would make suitable replacements. The trees shall be planted in the next planting season following removal (the planting season runs from 1 November to 31 March).
