The submitted Sustainable Drainage Systems Strategy does not include site specific calculations for the analysis carried out. In addition to this, the strategy fails to include section/profile drawings for the SuDS and drainage plans, showing the location of the SuDS have not been included. There is also the opportunity to provide more sustainable SuDS such as the inclusion of a Green Roof. This should be further explored. Any Sustainable Drainage Systems Strategy should include site specific calculations with reference to achieving the 50% reduction set out in policy CE2 of the Local Plan.
