Details required by part Conditions 3 (Submission of details) and 4 (Submission of details - Notwithstanding consented drawings) of listed building consent 24/00959 (Basement: Relocate bedroom fireplace surround to 1st-floor living room and move 1st-floor fireplace to basement bedroom; close gap in lower basement with removable stud wall; erect dry stud wall for separation from lower basement stairs; create 100mm by 100mm ceiling opening for utility room extraction, connecting to existing ventilation pipes; retain current wood flooring; introduce new wall lights in basement areas via shallow chased cables, filled with lime plaster. Ground floor: Replace non-original joinery with open shelving; install matching door in existing frame, closing off boot room and ground floor WC; fit new joinery in boot room to match existing; restore and reinstall original floorboards. 1st floor: Move basement fireplace surround to living room; iInstall new joinery cabinets in adjacent room to house TV, matching existing units; add ceiling pendant lights in living room, filled with Lime-based plaster mixture; create new joinery units with wall lights for office, using existing electrical outlets; restore and reinstall original floorboards. 2nd floor: Convert 2nd bedroom to master bathroom, reinstating original opening; add new joinery in master bathroom covering existing door without affecting woodwork or plaster; retain fireplace in master bathroom; install new WC, bath, and shower unit without altering rafters; restore and reinstall original floorboards. 3rd floor: Close opening between bedrooms, retile bathroom and install new WC's, bath, and shower).
