The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)

Planning Permission is hereby granted only in so far as it relates to works to No. 52 Abingdon Road; any part of the drawings otherwise approved that relate to the demise known as 52A Abingdon Road are not hereby approved and shall not be constructed under this planning permission.
