On this basis it is considered contrary to policies contained within the 'Conservation and Development' chapter of the Unitary Development Plan in particular Policies CD27, CD46, CD61 and CD62.

The proposed dormer windows will have a detrimental impact on the character and the appearance of the Conservation Area due to their size and design. On this basis the dormer windows are considered contrary to policies contained within the 'Conservation and Development' chapter of the Unitary Development Plan in particular Policies CD27, CD50, CD57, CD61 and CD62.
