The amendments would not have a material impact upon the character and appearance of the individual building, the group of buildings within the streetscene and the wider Norland Conservation Area, nor on the living conditions of the occupiers of nearby properties when compared with the originally approved parent permission. The extent of demolition is directly comparable, particularly giving due weight to the proposed plans that have been approved. Therefore, the proposed changes are non-material and on this basis, are accepted.
