The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)

(c) any proposed walls, fences, or railings.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, no aerials, antennae, masts or satellite dishes shall be attached to the structure hereby permitted without the prior approval in writing of the local planning authority.
Reason - To safeguard the amenities of nearby residential properties.

The garden study hereby permitted shall not be occupied unless and until the covered parking area shown on the approved drwings has been made available at all times for car parking and the car parking space shall not be adapted or used at any time for living, commercial or other purposes.
Reason - To prevent obstruction of the surrounding streets and safeguard the amenities of the area. (R026)
