The use hereby permitted shall be retained for a limited period only until. 31 March 2003 on or before which date the use shall be discontinued. (C004)

The nursery school hereby permitted shall accommodate a maximum of fifty children at one any time.

No music shall be played within the premises the subject of this permission so as to be audible outside the premises. (C048)
