The development hereby permitted shall be carried out exactly and only in accordance with the drawings and other particulars forming part of the permission and there shall be no variation therefrom without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. (C068)

The tables and chairs hereby permitted shall be retained for a limited period of 12 months until 21/03/2001, on or before which date the tables and chairs shall be removed and the use discontinued. (C003)

No more than 4 tables and 7 chairs shall be situated in front of the premises at any one time, and these shall be located only in front of the premises subject of this permission and only on the Holland Park Avenue frontage.
