The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out exactly and only in accordance with the drawings and other particulars forming part of the permission and there shall be no variation therefrom without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. (C068)

The summer house shall not be used or occupied otherwise than in connection with the existing residential accommodation, and shall be ancillary thereto. (C063)

The roof of the extensions hereby permitted shall not be used at any time as a terrace without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority (C080)

The summer house hereby permitted shall be clad with timber boarding and the doors and windows shall be timber framed and so maintained.

Notwithstanding the annotations on the approved drawings, the pitched roofs of the rear extensions shall be clad in natural slates and shall be so maintained.

Any tree felled as a result of this planning permission shall be replaced with a heavy standard sized tree of a species deemed appropriate and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Replacement planting shall be completed by the end of the planting season following completion of the exterior works.
