Conditions and reasons:

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out exactly and only in accordance with the drawings and other particulars forming part of the permission and there shall be no variation therefrom without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. (C068)

The tables and chairs hereby permitted shall be retained for a limited period until 01/04/2001 on or before which date the tables and chairs, and enclosing barrier shall be removed and the use discontinued.
Reason - Permission is granted for a limited period only to allow the authority to reassess the development in the light of changing circumstances.

3)

No more than 3 tables, 8 chairs and 4 barrier panels shall be situated in fRont of the premises at any one time.
Reason - To prevent the obstruction of the surrounding streets and safeguard the amenities of the area.

4)

The tables, chairs and barriers hereby permitted shall be removed from the pavement between 23.00 hours and 09.00 hours the following day.

Full particulars of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development hereby permitted commences and the development shall not be carried out otherwise than in accordance with the details so approved: (a) details of the dimensions and materials of the proposed barrier screens.
