The CTMP is unacceptable for the following reasons: The applicant must demonstrate they have liaised with the residents association for the area and also with other neighbours than simply those immediately adjacent. Construction traffic affects a wider area than the site itself and neighbours must be given the opportunity to examine proposals that may affect them The applicant must revise the parking suspensions as previously advised In response to Q16 - the applicant mentions possible congestion and vehicles vacating the area. This should not be required with the correct call up procedure in place The applicant is advised to append the drawings directly to the CTMP
