Demolition of non original four storey rear extension and replacement with new four rear extension involving lowering of existing floor level. Excavation and formation of two storey basement under rear extension, garage, and courtyard area. Demolition of existing garage at rear with roof terrace over and replacement with marginally larger garage with roof terrace over.
