Grant Permission For
T1 Silver Lime - Fell - The tree has multiple fruiting bodies at ground level as well as a sparse canopy with undersized foliage.
Reason for Refusal
Whilst the tree displays symptoms of Acute Oak Disease with clear areas of Bleeding on the stem there did not seem to be areas of decayed wood on the stem at the time of inspection. The crown displayed foliage of the correct size, colour and density and i do not believe the trees condition warrants its removal at this time.
